My name is Jason Mulholland, I am the founder of Worcester Property Surveys. I am an experienced surveyor, inspecting properties in and around Worcestershire.    

Graduating from Nottingham University with a BSc(Hons) in Residential Development, I now have over 20 years’ experience surveying and assessing buildings. I am a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and a graduate of the SAVA School of Surveying where I studied Residential Surveying & Valuation (DipRS&V).

I have developed a thorough understanding of how residential properties are designed, constructed and used; and how they can be affected by alteration works, the changing environment and lifestyle of the occupants.

As a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor for both new build and existing properties, I am passionate about improving energy efficiency. Due to climate change and ever increasing utility costs, we all have to consider the way in which we 'use' our homes.
