Hi, my name is Jason. I am the founder of Worcester Property Surveys. I am an experienced surveyor, inspecting properties in and around Worcestershire.    

Graduating from Nottingham University with a BSc(Hons) in Residential Development, I have over 20 years’ experience surveying and assessing buildings. I am a qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), a member of the Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and a graduate of the SAVA School of Surveying where I studied Residential Surveying & Valuation (DipRS&V).

I have a thorough understanding of how properties are designed, constructed and used; and how they can be affected over time by neglect, inapproriate alterations & remedial works, weather & the changing climate and the natural deterioration of building materials and services over time.

As a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor for both new build and existing properties, I am passionate about improving energy efficiency. Due to climate change and ever increasing utility costs, we all have to consider the ways in which we live in and 'use' our homes.
